International shipping will be subject to standard USPS rates. All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and import fees. If a shipment is returned due to customer error, denied clearance, or refusal to pay duties, we will only issue a refund after receiving the goods back. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less shipping, package protection insurance, priority processing, discounts/promotions, and the courier's return shipping fee. Shipping or a 25% restocking fee (Whichever is greater), package protection insurance, priority processing, and any duties, taxes, and import and brokerage fees paid are non-refundable.

If the customer refuses to pay the duties, taxes, and applicable import and brokerage fees and the package is returned to us, we will only issue a refund on your purchase after receiving the goods back. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less shipping, packaging protection insurance, priority processing, discounts/promotions, and the courier's return shipping fee. Shipping or a 25% restocking fee (Whichever is greater), packaging protection insurance, priority processing and duties, taxes, import and brokerage fees paid are non-refundable.

HVYDTY is not responsible for refunding any duties, taxes, import or brokerage fees paid by the customer. Customers should contact their local government directly to request a refund on duties, taxes, import and brokerage fees.

Please note we do not have a reship policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For the health and safety of our staff and the integrity of other products in our warehouse, HVY DTY cannot accept returns or exchanges on brand wear apparel or accessories that have been opened or removed from the original packaging. All wrist wraps are final sale.

Please carefully check the Size Chart guide for each apparel item before placing your order.

HVY DTY brand wear apparel or accessories that have been unopened, in the original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, are only eligible for return requests. All return requests on apparel and accessory orders are subject to approval and at the sole discretion of HVY DTY to determine if the item(s) qualifies for a return. We do not offer exchanges currently.

No orders will be considered for a return after 14 days from the date of delivery.

For return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery, all requested documentation from our customer service team must be received within three (3) business days.

If a return request is approved, the item must be returned at customer’s expense to the address provided. Our fulfillment center must receive the returnable items within 10 days from the date the return was approved. Items that are received after 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

Any approved return is subject to the following terms:

DOMESTIC ORDERS: If a domestic return is approved, we will issue a refund after we have received the goods back and they have passed inspection. Refund processing can take up to five (5) days from the date the product is received at the warehouse. The refund for items that pass inspection will be calculated as the Total Cost less shipping and Package Protection insurance, and discounts/promotions. The original Shipping and Package Protection insurance is non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Returns mailed to our fulfillment center without a shipping label are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All sales are final on international orders; no returns or exchanges will be considered.

If you receive damaged item(s), please contact our customer service team with your order number and damage details. A customer service representative from HVY DTY will contact you within 48-72 hours of receiving your request. Damaged item(s) must be reported to HVY DTY customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment, or they are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Please note that approved returns/refunds only apply to items purchased from hvydtygear.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made from any other retailer. Please contact the retailer from which you originally purchased your item(s) to address any refund/return requests.
