HVY DTY is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchased items please send an e-mail to info@hvydtygear.com stating the reason. We will do everything we can to ensure satisfaction. New items may be shipped or a refund given depending on the nature of the complaint and as deemed necessary by our customer satisfaction team.
